RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS/EXCHANGES Items purchased through our website must be returned within 21 days after purchase for a refund or exchange.

RETURNS:

  • Please start your return by filling out this form. 
  • Items must be in original condition with tags and seals attached, and unworn (undergarments must be worn while trying on).
  • Upon receipt of return, the product must be in like-new condition, with no visible wear, tags attached, and not laundered, for a refund to be issued.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping to Echappe Dancewear at their expense.

Contact us at info@echappedancewear.com regarding returns or exchanges. Include a tracking number in your email.

EXCHANGES:

  • For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item before returning the original purchase to ensure stock availability.
  • Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed for the cost of the returned item.

Please Note:

  • Returns may take 7-10 days to process.
  • Undergarments must be worn when trying on leotards.
  • Soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered products will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Products deemed unsellable will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • Returns of more than 10 items will incur a $15.00 restocking fee deducted from the refund.
  • Change of mind refunds are at Echappe Dancewear's discretion.
  • Refunds will be in the original purchase currency unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Cash refunds may incur a 10% restocking fee and will be made to the original payment method.
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Refunds are eligible only through direct contact with Echappe Dancewear at info@echappedancewear.com.

Sale Items:

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return unless due to a manufacturing error.

Limited Edition/Out of Stock Items:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Otherwise, a valid Gift Card will be issued.

Received an Incorrect Item?:

  • Contact us at info@echappedancewear.com with order details and photos of the incorrect item(s). We'll guide you through the resolution process.

Quality Guarantee:

  • Contact info@echappedancewear.com with photos if you receive a defective item. We'll assess and provide a remedy according to our policies.
